VSF's vets are aiming to help the least fortunate people in the poorest areas of the world. In a lot of developing countries livestock represents an important source of high quality food. However in these same areas veterinary services are in most cases non existent, thus the danger of an epidemic is never far away. And exactly there lies the problem: when the herd dies so does the village. Appropriate action, often based on training, is of vital importance to prevent or remedy such crisis situations.

Note for Belgian tax-payers: if the annual sum of your donation(s) reaches 40 euro, you are entitled to a tax certificate.
